1. Where are your ceramics made?
Each piece is handmade in my Brooklyn studio. I work in small batches to ensure quality and uniqueness, so every item has its own special character.

2. Do you accept custom orders?

3. Are your ceramics dishwasher-safe? How should I care for them?
Many of my ceramics are dishwasher-safe, though for longevity, I recommend handwashing to preserve the glaze and surface quality. Please avoid sudden temperature changes, and handle each piece carefully to prevent chips or cracks.

4. What if my item arrives damaged?
Each item is carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. However, if your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours, including photos of the item and packaging. I’ll work with you to replace it or issue a refund.

5. How long will my order take to ship?
Most items on the website are in inventory and ready to ship. For items labeled "Made to Order," production begins after your purchase and may take 3-4 weeks to ship. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.

6. Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes, I offer local pickup for customers in the Brooklyn area. Just select the "local pickup" option at checkout, and I’ll provide details once your order is ready.

7. What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the handmade nature of my ceramics, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to assist.

8. Do you offer wholesale?
